On another note…have lots to post ~ been working really hard on the jr miss project. Also, if you are waiting on an order, they will all be ready to pick up this week. I will call you and leave a message when they are ready. So excited for this next weekend. Headed to Vegas for WPPI (photography convention & trade show). Well, I am off to have a little fun right now, a comedy show in Spokane. I really need a good laugh right about now- I have been working so hard lately, as if it was the middle of Christmas season! It’s all good though:)

This was one of the nicest families I have ever met. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with mom & daughter this past summer for senior portraits. They are wonderful!!! I have to also give a shout out to the “dad” in this family!!! He was so wonderful to work with! Lots of dads do not like “family pictures” But he was so easy going! Thanks “B” family! You guys are awesome!!! Proofs coming soon…I’ll call you when they are ready:)

I think the best gift we could ever receive… a baby!!! I am so happy for pregnant mommies! It is such a wonderful, magical time. Best wishes to you guys!!!

meet the Waddell family…I have had the pleasure to have their friendship for the last 6 years.  Kristin & I met at a M.O.P.S. group (I believe it was abput 6 years ago…losing track of time!)  We had one of the most wonderful groups that year….we got together on a regular basis w/ all of our kiddos and just hung out - life was a little less hectic then! Great friends that I am so blessed to have! xo

About a year and half ago, Chris was diagnosed w/ cancer.  He had surgery last year.  And this past summer, was told it was back.  They were given some horrible news at first but later told that it was in fact treatable. Praise God…God is so good!!! They have been on one heck of a roller coaster!  He has just finshed his most recent chemo treatments and will be headed back to MD Anderson in Texas.  There he will do blood work, CT Scan and a PT Scan.  I would like to ask everyone to pray for complete healing for Chris and and a safe trip home. They have an amazing testimony and story. You can view it here.

I just had a wonderful photo shoot the other night. Tessa was sooooo kind, sweet and beautiful. Oh! and look at her beautiful eyelashes! Those are not photoshop’d! Beautiful! We started at the studio and finished at Tubbs Hill. I am starting to get my exercise now =) I have sessions on Tubbs every week for the next 6 weeks. It was such a pleasure hiking w/ Tessa and her Mom….fun talking to you two….it was almost like we’ve known each other for years! I can’t wait for your family shoot in the fall! Thanks for a wonderful photo shoot.
PS The 2nd image w/ the pink background is a sample page that I just designed that would be great in a senior folio or could also be used in a senior graduation party announcement, etc.

What a pleasure to meet this beautiful family…they are visiting here for the first time all the way from Texas. Really loved all the colors in their clothing and all of the new spring colors in the foliage. Check out the absolutely adorable polk-a-dot rain boots that mom picked out.  Miss “P” {absolutely} would not put them on, how cute would that have been.   I do think we got something even cuter here…trying to put the boots on her doggy! Love it:) Enjoy your trip in Coeur d’Alene Nokes Family:)

I never got a chance to blog any of these pictures when I first took them. I was just working on their order and wanted to share how beautiful this family is! You can really tell what a warm, loving family they are:) When doing their ordering session, Teri “dad” had a vision on how he wanted a couple of pics printed. It is the one of him and Vivian under the tree. To print one as a 10×10 and the other as a 4×10. They will later have them matted and framed. I think it’s gonna look great! A great artistic eye:)
I love this tree for husband & wife pictures…the tree is so cool how it is wrapped around the other. It reminds me of two people in love.

These 2 littles girls are so precious!!! “B” looks like Shirley Temple! She is so beautiful…look at the curls Her little sister gave me a workout! When kiddos are 18-24 month range…I usually plan for dancing, yelling, acting out beyond my imagination I always wonder what I look like in the eyes of an adult…ok, I don’t think I wanna know. I guess you just do what you gotta do! It always nice and helpful when the parents are relaxed (especially dad) and they totally were!
