Coeur d’Alene Street Fair, Taste of CDA, and Art on the Green - this weekend, August 3-5th. I have been crazy busy…sewing, painting, pictures, making jewelry! Whewww. I can’t wait for January

Lavender Festival

We went to the Lavender Festival on Saturday. A beautiful day. Lauren and I cut a bucket full of lavender, bundled it and gave it away to our neighbors, friends and family. (She thought we were selling it, she is too funny). She also got to do a little fishing in the pond. The fish would literally come over to the line and just sit there and look at it. She eventually caught a fish, with the assistance of the man working there

While we were cutting the lavender, Marty was taking pictures of bees, butterflies and bugs. A few weeks ago, I upgraded to a better camera…so, I gave him my old camera. He has a new hobby and is very passionate about it. He is very good at it too! I can definitely see a possible future partnership in photography. How cool would that be!!! I Love it!!! What is even cooler, I get to buy better photography equipment even sooner (because he wants the goods just as much as I do). Some pics of the day…

Website is Live!!!

Wahoo! The website is finally LIVE! I am still working on it…adding more pictures. I still need to add the photo jewelry, photo cards, vintage windows for picture frames, etc…
I will use this blog for any upcoming specials, events, favorite websites, showcase some of my wonderful clients, and whatever else that may come to mind. Well, hope you like the new site. I am very excited about it. Have a great day!

I received a call a couple of days ago from one of my AWESOME clients, Stephanie. She was calling to set up an appointment for some more family pics…She made a comment that she would be keeping me busy over the next few years (I didn’t catch on… :). So, the next appointment I had available was in September. She said that would be fine, however, she would be a little chubby by then. WOW, it hit me. Her and her wonderful hubby, Juan, are expecting after 10 years. Congratulations, Stephanie and Juan. I am SOOOOO happy for you. GOD is so Awesome

I guess Emma and your other pooch will have some competition

I went out a few days ago to shoot some pics at the barn. I have heard that it will be torn down anyday, I will cry when it is gone :(. It has been such a great place for photos!

We had such a blast, playing ring around the rosey, doing the chicken dance (even I did it, too), just a wonderful, beautiful day! Here a few of the pics (others are on the website). Well, gotta go do some painting now. Keep on Smiling!
