Just wanted to share something fun to do w/ the family this month on Thursday nights. The Book & Bean are doing family night w/ delicious coffee, tasty treats, free popcorn & board games. Hands On Art is also open for pottery painting. Thursdays in August 6-8 pm.
Also, they have story time on Fridays at 10:30 am - Fun Stories & Crafts.  Tea Party Story Time - last Friday of every month at 10:30 am. Book Club for Adults: Meets the 1st Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm. Enjoy lively discussion and dessert with fellow book lovers!

OH MY GOSH!!! are they not the absolute cutest!?!!!

Just a few pics from the Vintage Barn Show in July. It was a beautiful, hot day - a perfect day to be outside and enjoying the sunshine, music, yummy food, and of course finding lots of cool junk =)

I just had a wonderful photo shoot the other night. Tessa was sooooo kind, sweet and beautiful. Oh! and look at her beautiful eyelashes! Those are not photoshop’d! Beautiful! We started at the studio and finished at Tubbs Hill. I am starting to get my exercise now =) I have sessions on Tubbs every week for the next 6 weeks. It was such a pleasure hiking w/ Tessa and her Mom….fun talking to you two….it was almost like we’ve known each other for years! I can’t wait for your family shoot in the fall! Thanks for a wonderful photo shoot.
PS The 2nd image w/ the pink background is a sample page that I just designed that would be great in a senior folio or could also be used in a senior graduation party announcement, etc.

The other night I had the pleasure photographing one of my fave seniors =)  Kelly & her mom, Kim are so fun!  Kelly is just so easy going and so open to anything AND so beautiful!!!  I love them!  Kim, your HIRED!  you can totally give up your day job!!!  Thanks for all your help!   Thanks girls for a wonderful shoot!  Here are a few sneak peaks.   I will try to get more sneak peeks up if I can… - starting to get a little crazy on the work load =)
Oh, and had to take a picture of the shoes IN focus - Kelly has like 60+ shoes (crazy!)…There is still another photo shoot that we will be doing later on this summer w/ Kelly and some of her shoes (it’s a secret…let’s just say, we need to wait for the construction to be finished before we can do our last shoot=) Can’t wait - stay tuned for that pic =)

Sweet, baby girl! Just 10 days old… She was so sweet and precious and beautiful. What a gift babies are! Congrats Courtney!
Also got to use some cool new props found at The Vintage Barn Sale and The Farm Chicks Sale this past month.

Ok, so if you missed the Vintage Barn Sale this past weekend…you totally missed out!  It was wonderful!  Met some wonderful people too! We found some great treasures for props!!! (and some cool stuff just for me:) Sneak peek coming soon!

I have had a very busy couple of weeks…Just trying to get caught up. I was just working on some orders and proofing and came across this pic and love the way it turned out. What a beautiful family they have!

So, We used the Random Number Integer to pick the winners. The first winner is Beth Benoit, she was lucky blogger #1 from “SO Adorable” post on June 28th. She won and adorable vintage apron. Yay Beth!! The second winner is Amy Waddington, lucky blogger #10 from “the vintage barn” post on June 15th. It’s so funny, I just called Amy to let her know that she won, and she said, “are you really going to let me win?” She shouldn’t be excluded from the giveaways because she is my bff!!!! My niece was here this past weekend and we went on a photo shoot starting at 6:00pm and didn’t finish till 11:00 pm.  She loves to get her pics taken!  (I wonder why:) It is so funny to see the last few photos that I took at the end of the night. Let’s just say, I had some pretty crazy angles! Oh, and I also locked my keys in the truck while we were at the studio at the end of the night. We had lots of fun! Had a big giant bug fly right into my eyeball! (I do not like bugs!!!) Had lots of fun scaring them! I have never seen them jump so high! (I will be nice…got a few pics of them like scaredy cats but won’t show you:) So, here are a few…she is a beautiful girl!!! She goes to school in Denver, trying to get her to move here!
